Defects, damage or other conditions caused in whole or part by bad oral hygiene, accident or misuse by the customer (for example opening a bottle with the prosthesis).

If it might happen that after a few years the dental products manufactured by us are defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, we guarantee the limited repair or replacement of components without any extra charge to the patient.

Our fix and removable prosthesis will be part of your daily life for a long time. After many years of continuously usage it is normal that the prosthesis starts to fail and needs to be replaced with a new one.

In case you break accidentally your removable prosthesis we can guarantee a dental repair service within 1 hour!!!
